We recently had the wonderful opportunity to work with Business Success Consulting Group in seeing our business growth in statistical graphs, and in creating an extensive and very useful organizational chart. They helped us with hiring practices, management procedures, and using our strengths to continue our growth.
Business Success Consulting Group is a Pacific Northwest business consulting company that helps business owners create a successful, well-organized and prosperous business. The company was founded by Adi Klevit and Gary Crawshaw, both well experienced management consultants, who joined forces to help businesses in the Pacific Northwest thrive. They are both very passionate about helping their clients succeed!
Their specialty is improving the efficiency and profitability of the business by implementing organizational systems and procedures, and optimizing the internal operations. As every business is unique, they first perform a thorough diagnosis to identify those existing areas that need to be improved or strengthened. They then present the business owner and the leadership team with a step-by-step action plan of exactly what needs to be done, and work with them to ensure that each step is fully implemented with tangible, positive results.
We are very grateful to Adi and Gary for all their positive reinforcement, and a working action plan for growth and success. If you are looking at expanding and growing your business in 2017, contact Adi to schedule a 90-minute free consultation.

Hood River is well known for its world class outdoor activities, and the athletes and outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy them. The dedicated and passionate staff at the Kayak Shed are not just there to help you…they are happy to! 1. File folders are your friends!
Set up a desk filing system, place it front and center on your desk just waiting to be used. Label your folders with categories that relate to your business.
2. Itemize Your Deductions Throughout The Year.
This alleviates the headache of shuffling through each and every receipt trying to find and total up deductions. Again, file folders are your friends:)
Sample folders you may wish to include for your deductions are listed below:
- Legal & Professional Fees
- Office Supplies
- Other Expenses
- Shipping Fees
3. A Little Time Now Saves A Lot Of Time Later
At the end of every month pull out your trusty file folders and enter them into a spreadsheet for month end totals. Your spreadsheet should include the same info on your files from our top 2 tips. This will prevent dread when you think of tax season:)
4. For Those On The Go
We get it you are busy – you are in and out of your office all day, who has time to file? Well we have a solution – invest in a little mini accordion file. Attach the same labels as you would on your desk top organizers and transfer them over to your desktop filer. Or better yet just enter them directly onto your spreadsheet at the end of each month.
5. Clear Your Mind
This may be the utmost important tip we have. Do whatever clears your mind for you – that may be yoga, fishing or hiking. Whatever it may be make sure to take time to take care of YOU.
